What information we collect
This website does not have accounts or online payments. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, by email or through the contact form on our Contact page. This may include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the content of your message, such as product questions or quote requests
- details needed for an order, such as sizes, measurements for custom flightsuits, colours, logos or artwork
- delivery and billing details, such as your address and company name
Like all websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to keep the website running and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- reply to your enquiries and send quotes
- manufacture, repair and deliver your order
- send invoices and keep the business records the law requires
- keep this website working and secure
We process your information because you asked us to (for example, to give you a quote), because it is needed to carry out an order, or because the law requires it. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it when needed, with:
- couriers and shipping companies, to deliver your order
- our bank and accountants, to process payments and keep financial records
- our email and website hosting providers, who store information on our behalf

Sending information outside South Africa
We ship to customers around the world, so delivery details may be sent to couriers in other countries. Some service providers, such as email providers, may store information on servers outside South Africa. This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. Where information leaves South Africa, we only use providers that protect it to a standard similar to POPIA.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). After that, we delete or destroy it securely.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their work.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
- ask us to delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it
- object to us using your information, and withdraw consent you have given
- complain to the Information Regulator
