ParaCo was formed in October 2019 shortly after the closing of Parachute Systems. Christopher Dales, the owner of Parachute Systems gave ParaCo permission to manufacture and do repairs on the sports main canopies previously produced by Parachute Systems as well as specific spare parts for the Vortex of which Dales is the TSO holder. 
  

ParaCo aims to provide skydivers with the high-quality skydiving equipment previously supplied by Parachute Systems and a source for repairs on them.
